Luke 8:31 And they begged Him that He would not command them to go out into the abyss.
“In the name of the Lord Jesus (Yeshua), and the power of the Spirit of God, come and bind the Demonic forces that have come against (person, family, church or nation), and cast them into the abyss. I thank you for this victory over Satan and his minions. All the glory and honor is to the Lord Jesus.” – basic version
“Father as I stand before the Throne of God, I give glory to the Father and your son Jesus (Yeshua). I am thankful that you have answered my prayers, and for the great victory that you have provided. In the name of the Lord Jesus (Yeshua) and by the power of the Spirit of God, send the army of God, the Warrior Angels, to come and fight for us. We stand shoulder to shoulder in the battle against the satanic forces. The Lord Jesus (Yeshua) has given to us a great victory. Bind the demons that have come to fight this day, gag, blindfold and cast them in the bottomless pit. All the glory and honor is to the Lord Jesus (Yeshua) for this great victory.” – with authority
For personal protection: “In the name of the Lord Jesus all things off, In the name of the Lord Jesus all things off, in the name of the Lord Jesus all things of and into the Abyss”.
By casting the demonic forces into the bottomless pit it keeps them from returning again. When we just cast them out, they are still able to come against us again or go against someone else.
This is the ultimate weapon in defending ourselves and other fellow Christians. As a Pastor it can be used with great effect in protecting and growing your congregation.
“For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the world’s rulers, of the darkness of this age, against spiritual wickedness in high places.” Ephesians 6:12
It is like a game of chess, take away your opponent’s pieces and you win. By imprisoning Satan’s forces it enables the Spirit of God to move, answer prayers and free us from the continuing demonic attacks by the same entity. Others could come, so vigilance is the key.
We will then be able to reach those whose names are written in the Lamb’s Book of Life.
