Introduction to the events of September 9, 1987

I have posted the transcript from a event that took place at the Springs of Life Church on September 9, 1987. The event was recorded and given to us on a cassette tape afterwards. I transcribed the cassette tape to this document right away.
My wife was pregnant and was due to deliver our son on November 11, 1987. But she had told me that since around the first of August she had stopped feeling her un born baby move inside of her. I had said prayers for our unborn son but she just had a bad feeling that there was something wrong. My wife was not a true Christian at the time and had not accepted our Lord Jesus as her savior. She became more and more scared as time went by because it had been 30 days since the last time she felt her unborn son move.
I had been going to the Springs of Life Church, in Lancaster California where we lived. I was a member of Dr. Gene Scotts Church, Faith Center in Glendale California, but we went there only once a month because of the travel time. My wife was scared to go to the Springs of Life Church and I finally got her to commit to going the night of the 9th, it was a Wednesday night service.
Before we left she told me to say a prayer, that she wanted someone come and talk to her about her unborn baby and tell her what was going on. She stated that it couldn’t just be one of our friends Dale or John, both members of the church. She said she want a pastor or another person to come and talk to us.
So I said a pray that asked the Lord Jesus to have someone come and talk to us. For them to tell us what was wrong with our unborn son. I thanked the Lord Jesus for healing our unborn son and thank him for the miracle that was needed for our unborn son to be made whole.
We arrived late and the church was crowded, standing room only. We had purchased a Concordance to give to my friend Dale, and did so when we arrived. He thanked us and told us that he had saved two seats in the back row so my wife would be able to sit during the service, as he knew that she was pregnant.
We made our way to our seats and after we were seated I looked to see if I could see the pastor but I couldn’t. After everyone had sat down I moved back and forth in my seat to try and see the pastor on the stage. I couldn’t see because of all those seated in front of us. I thought that if I could just see the pastor then the Lord would answer our pray. Then I tried one more time to see the pastor from my seat in the back row of the church. Once I caught a glimpse of him was when he started to speak to us. As he started to speak the ushers brought us forward to the stage. The following is what he had to say.
SPRINGS OF LIFE CHURCH SEPT. 9, 1987
BLESSING
I DON’T KNOW YOU, BUT I LOOKED BACK THERE AND THE LORD JUST PUT A LIGHT, A SPOT LIGHT ON YOU, AND WANTED ME TO MINISTER TO YOU, AND TELL YOU NEW THINGS SPRING FORTH, HE’S DOING A NEW THING IN YOUR LIFE. “FEAR NOT MY PRECIOUS ONES”, SAITH THE LORD, “FOR MANY TRIAL AN AFFLICTIONS HAVE COME, MANY MISUNDERSTANDINGS, AND MANY PEOPLE HAVE WONDERED AND BEEN CONCERNED ABOUT THE THINGS THAT YOU ARE FACING RIGHT NOW IN YOUR LIFE, BUT I THE LORD SHALL BE WITH YOU”, SAITH THE FATHER OF MERCY AND GRACE. “FOR MY HAND IS NOT SLACK AND NEITHER IS MY ARM SHORT THAT I CANNOT SAVE IN THAT WHICH YOU ARE CONCEIVED IN”, SAITH THE LORD, “I SHALL BRING FORTH IN HEALTH AND HARMONY IN BLESSING”, SAITH GOD.
“I SHALL DO SOME MIRACLES ON BEHALF OF THIS NEWNESS OF LIFE BETWEEN THE TWO OF YOU, FOR THE TWO OF YOU HAVE BECOME ONE FLESH AND YOU ARE BIRTHING FORTH A NEWNESS”, SAITH GOD, “AND MY SPIRIT SHALL REST UPON YOU AND I SHALL BEGIN TO PROSPER YOU.”
AND GOD SAYS YOU HAVE BEEN CRYING OUT FROM THE DEPTHS OF YOUR HEART TO BE THE KIND OF MAN THAT CAN TAKE CARE OF A FAMILY. YOU’VE SAID IT’S TIME FOR A NEW, FOR THE TRAIN TO RUN ON A NEW TRACK, IT’S TIME FOR THINGS TO STRAIGHTEN OUT. AND THERE’S BEEN SOME WONDERING HERE AND SOME DOUBTS, AND SOME ENEMIES COME TO TEAR YOU APART IN THE MIDST OF THIS TIME AND THIS SEASON, WHEN THERE SHOULD BE GOD’S BLESSING AND LOVE AND UNDERSTANDING AND GRACE. AND GOD SAYS “NEW UNDERSTANDING AND GRACE IS COMING”. “BECAUSE THE ENEMY HAS SENT DIVISIONS AND SENT STRIVING SPIRITS AGAINST YOUR SOUL, IT IS SATAN, NOT ONE ANOTHER”, SAITH THE LORD. “IT’S THE ENEMY OF YOUR SOUL WHO WOULD COME TO ATTACK AND FIGHT AT THIS TIME, BECAUSE HE WOULD LIKE TO EVEN CAUSE THAT ONE IN THE WOMB TO BE, TO COME FORTH WITH PROBLEMS, EVEN MENTAL PROBLEMS, EVEN AT A VERY EARLY AGE”. AND THE LORD SAID, “BUT THIS DAY I HAVE HEARD YOUR CRY AND I HAVE SPOKEN UNTO THE ENEMY AND I HAVE BROKEN THE POWER, AND NOW NEW LOVE SHALL REST UPON YOU AND I SHALL BRING FORTH”.. SAITH GOD, “A SUPERNATURAL BERTHING AND JOY, ALL FEAR WILL FLEE AWAY AND NEW FAITH WILL RISE UP IN THE MIDST OF YOU, AND IT SHALL NOT BE AN ENTANGLEMENT BUT IT SHALL BE A BLESSING AND A SWIFT THING I SHALL DO WITH YOU”, SAITH THE LORD.
“AND SON I’M GOING TO PROSPER YOU, THERE’S GOING TO BE A PROMOTION COME INTO YOUR LIFE VERY SOON AND FINANCIALLY THERE HAS BEEN SOME HINDRANCE AND SOME BINDING THERE AND THERE HAS BEEN PEOPLE THAT PROMISED TO DO CERTAIN THINGS THAT DIDN’T”, BUT GOD SAYS, “I PROMISED AND I’VE COME THROUGH, AND I’M GOING TO BLESS YOU AND I’M GOING TO PROSPER YOU AND I’M GOING TO MULTIPLY YOU”, SAITH GOD, “BECAUSE I LOVE YOU WITH AN EVERLASTING LOVE, FOR I’M YOUR FATHER, I’M YOUR FATHER, I LOOK UPON YOU DAILY AND I HEAR YOUR WONDERING, YES I’VE SEEN THE FEAR AND I’VE SEEN THE DOUBTS, BUT I’VE SEEN THE FAITH AND THE COURAGE RISE UP WITHIN YOU AND DETERMINATION, AND FROM THIS DAY FORTH YOU’LL BE MORE DETERMINED THAN YOU’VE EVER BEEN”, SAITH GOD.
“AND FIRE SHALL BE IN THE MIDST OF YOU, AND A FIERINESS FOR ME”, SAITH GOD, “AND YOUR GOING TO DANCE AND PRAISE ME, AND YOUR GOING TO REJOICE IN THE SONG OF THE LORD, AND BE BLESSED IN THE TEMPLE OF GOD”, SAITH THE SPIRIT OF GRACE.
